We declared victory too early. Introducing Estimatty V2.0

V1 stopped the bleeding. V2.0 closes the sale. Here's what we built, why we kept going, and where Estimatty is headed next.

We declared victory too early. Introducing Estimatty V2.0

Juan has been in the cleaning business for twenty two years.

Not as a consultant. Not from the outside looking in. He built cleaning operations from scratch — hired and managed cleaners, priced jobs, trained staff, and spent years trying to understand why a business with great reviews and genuinely happy clients could still feel like it was one bad week away from unraveling.

At some point, the pattern became impossible to ignore.

Calls would slow down on weekends. Contact forms would pile up overnight. And by Monday, the leads that came in Saturday night were gone. Not because the business wasn't good enough. Because the front door was broken.

He'd seen this everywhere — at every cleaning company he'd ever worked with. Owners paying real money to put their business in front of people, then losing those people to a form that said "we'll get back to you soon."

That specific frustration is where Estimatty came from.

The Thing We Actually Built

When Ruben, Juan, and Lucho started building Estimatty, the problem felt simple: cleaning business owners lose leads because they can't respond fast enough. The solution seemed equally simple — give customers an instant estimate so they don't have to wait.

We built that. It worked.

Owners who installed the widget stopped losing leads to slow callbacks. Customers got instant prices. Leads came in qualified, priced, and ready to close. Owners who used to spend their evenings returning calls started waking up to leads already in their dashboard.

We were proud of that. We still are.

But then something started bothering us.

A lead would come in at 11pm. The owner would get the alert. They'd follow up in the morning. And by then, the customer had moved on — not because they weren't interested, but because the window between "curious" and "ready to commit" is shorter than anyone wants to admit.

The estimate was instant. Everything after it wasn't.

And that was only part of it.

Owners were spending hundreds of dollars per month on Google and Meta ads with no way to connect that spend to actual booked revenue. They were invisible in local search — not because their businesses weren't good, but because they'd never had the infrastructure to be found anywhere beyond their own website. The widget worked, but it still looked like a third-party tool bolted onto someone else's page.

We'd done something good. We'd declared victory too early.

Why We Kept Building

There's a version of this story where we ship V1, celebrate the growth numbers, and spend the next two years making incremental updates.

We couldn't do it.

Not because a competitor forced our hand. Not because the metrics told us to. Because we kept thinking about the same person.

The cleaning business owner who is genuinely excellent at what they do. Who has built something real, earned real trust, and shows up for their clients every single day. Who still — somehow — spends Sunday evenings doing sales work that their system should have handled automatically.

That person deserved more than a faster contact form.

They deserved a closed loop. A system that didn't hand the ball back to them at every critical moment. So we kept building.

What's New in V2.0

Online Bookings: The path from estimate to paid booking is now uninterrupted.

A customer gets their price, picks a date, and pays — on arrival or by credit card through Stripe. The booking lands on the owner's calendar. An alert fires. Nobody had to chase anyone.

It happens at 2am. On a holiday weekend. While the owner is running a crew across town. The business closes the sale because the system is designed to close it — not because the owner happened to be available at the right moment.

Widget High Conversion Mode

The standard widget gives customers a price. High Conversion Mode takes them the rest of the way.

It's a streamlined, mobile-first flow designed around one goal: getting the customer from "curious about the price" to "booking confirmed" without friction. Bigger buttons. Fewer steps. An experience that feels like an app, not a form.

When 85% of your website visitors are on a phone, the quality of that mobile experience isn't a design preference — it's a revenue decision.

Offer Discount Coupons

Winning a new client sometimes comes down to one thing: a reason to act today instead of tomorrow.

That's what coupons are for. In V2.0, you can create promotional codes directly inside Estimatty — first-time client discounts, seasonal promotions, whatever fits your business — and attach them to the booking flow. The customer sees the deal, applies the code, and books. No back-and-forth. No "let me check with my manager."

The discount is applied before tax and cleaning supplies, so your margins stay clean and predictable.

One promo code at the right moment can be the difference between a lead that bounces and a client that books their first recurring clean.

The AI Local Page

Most cleaning businesses exist in one place online: their own website. But when someone searches for a cleaner in their neighborhood — or asks an AI assistant to recommend one — most cleaning companies don't appear at all. Not because they're not good. Because they were never built to be found anywhere else.

The AI Local Page is a purpose-built landing page that puts your cleaning business on Google and in AI-powered search. You set it up once. It works from that point forward. And when someone finds it, they don't hit a contact form — they get an instant estimate and a direct path to booking.

Ad Tracking That Actually Works

Cleaning business owners spend real money on ads. Most of them are making decisions on gut feeling because there's never been a practical way to connect ad spend to booked revenue — not without hiring a developer and stitching together tools that were never designed to talk to each other.

In V2.0, you connect your ad platforms directly inside Estimatty. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok. No code. No developer. The widget fires precise conversion signals at the moments that matter — when an estimate is generated, when a booking is confirmed — so your ad platforms finally see what's actually working.

You stop guessing which campaign is bringing in real clients. You start knowing exactly where every dollar is going.

That's peace of mind. No more second-guessing. No more throwing money at campaigns and hoping something sticks.

Where This Is Going

V2.0 is not the finish line.

The cleaning industry is still largely running on systems built for a different era. Contact forms. Spreadsheet pricing. Manual callbacks. Owners who are excellent at their craft and quietly exhausted by the business wrapped around it.

We're building toward something specific: a cleaning business owner who can take a real vacation. Not the kind where they're checking their phone every hour. The kind where they know the business is moving forward on a Sunday afternoon — because they built something that doesn't need them to hold every piece of it together.

That's what we mean when we say freedom for cleaning entrepreneurs. Not a tagline. An actual destination every decision points toward.

Every feature in V1 pointed there. Every feature in V2.0 points there. Every feature we build next will too.

We're not done.

If you're already using Estimattylog in. Everything in V2.0 is live in your dashboard.

If you're new here — book a demo. We'll show you what the full loop looks like for your business.
