Overview

Housecall Pro is where home service businesses manage the day-to-day: customers, jobs, schedules, and operations.


Estimatty is where website visitors get an instant estimate—so you stop doing the slow stuff (retyping leads, chasing basic info, and manually rebuilding quotes).


With Zapier, you can connect Estimatty and Housecall Pro so your workflow doesn’t depend on copy/paste (or someone remembering to do it later). Estimatty can trigger a Zap when a New Lead is captured, and Zapier can push that lead into Housecall Pro automatically.


That means: when a customer requests an estimate (or Estimatty generates one), you can immediately create that customer inside Housecall Pro—ready for scheduling and follow-up.

With Zapier, you build automations (“Zaps”) that run when something happens in Estimatty, then take action in Housecall Pro.Example workflow:

Connection notes (important):

• Zapier’s lead-check frequency depends on your Zapier plan (faster sync = higher-tier plans).
